Ordering Process

Once you have made the decision to order a custom chair or bench, then it is time to contact us and provide some basic information. Please indicate the piece of furniture that you are interested in and contact information, such as: name, address, phone number and e-mail address. This is typically easiest by e-mail, however, a phone call works as well. Upon receiving your request, we will contact you to discuss: material choices, sizing, pick-up/delivery/shipping options, approximate timeline and final costs.

A down payment of 50% is required when your order is placed. This payment can be made by sending a check, money order or we can send a "Request Money" through Paypal. When your chair or bench is complete, we will contact you to make arrangements for pick-up/delivery/shipping and final payment of the remaining balance. Shipping, insurance and tax(Wisconsin only - 5.5%) will be added to the final payment. The final payment can be made with a check, money order or "Paypal Invoice" through Paypal. In addition, we will e-mail you pictures of the completed chair or bench for your inspection prior to shipping.

Payment

Payment can be made with cash, check, money order or credit card( through Paypal).

Delivery

We will be happy to deliver your chair or bench free of charge if you live with in driving distance of our workshop. Including: Milwaukee, Madison, Chicago, Northern Door County and any location within a few hours.

When shipping is necessary, a crate will be built and then shipped usually via FedEx or UPS. Depending on crating, shipping and insurance, costs usually run between $200-$450 with-in the US (depending on distance and weight). International orders are approximately double. Shipping expenses are charged to the customer.
